Local Background Check/Public Records Request

Local Background Check (Warren County Only)

A local background check is free of charge and consists of records of arrest for Warren County, Ohio only. If you need state (BCI) or national (FBI) background checks via WebCheck please click here . Requests for local background checks can be made over the phone, by mail, e-mail, fax, or in-person at the Sheriff’s Office during normal business hours (8:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday). There is no requirement to put your request in writing, however it does help to expedite processing. If you choose to put your request in writing there is a link to the form below or you can obtain the form at the Sheriff’s Office. Delivery of local background check results can be through e-mail, fax, mail, or in-person at the Sheriff’s Office.

Public Records Requests
