The Warren County Court Services Section provides a wide range of important services to citizens of Warren County. Eleven Deputies are assigned to the unit commanded by a Lieutenant and assisted by a Sergeant. The Deputies provide high-visibility security to the Common Pleas Courthouse, Probate and Juvenile Courts and the Warren County Court. All persons entering these facilities are screened through a metal detector. Deputies also transport prisoners to and from these courts as well as municipal courts in the cities of Lebanon, Franklin and Mason.

Court Services Deputies are responsible for the transportation and security of prisoners for medical and psychiatric appointments. Other responsibilities include the safe and secure transportation of prisoners to serve their sentences in state penitentiaries.

Frequently, Deputies from Court Services Section are required to travel to other states to return fugitives to Warren County to stand trial. This means driving several hours or flying to pick up the fugitive.

The Court Services Section serves all types of civil and criminal orders generated in the court system. For example; summons, subpoenas and protection orders. The Deputies also serve property seizures and eviction orders.
